Preschool Teacher Acceptance Rejection Scale: Adaptation of the Child's Short Form (6 Ages) To Turkish Validity And Reliability Study

This research aims to evaluate the perceptions of teacher acceptance-rejection preschool children aged 6 years, developed by Rohner and Giotsa (2012) Early Childhood Parental Acceptance Rejection Scale: Child Short Form (ECPARQ), Preschool Teacher To adapt Child's as Years Old (PTARQ) into Turkish carry out validity reliability studies. In this study, a descriptive survey model was preferred. The sample consists 400 in total from 4 private 3 public kindergartens. 'Preschool Old' parent consent form, which adapted Turkish, whose studies were carried out, applied. scale 23 items with four Likert options. As result confirmatory factor analysis applied, showed 4-factor structure. determine reliability, item-total score, Cronbach's alpha coefficient time invariance examined. consistency coefficients .89 for whole scale; subscales: warmth/affection .82, hostility/aggression .92, indifference/neglect .71, undifferentiated rejection .79. between two applications is .99. Research findings show that can measure years validly reliably.
